This picture was taken on August 11th 2010 at 6pm. The landscape belongs to Matsue (松江) a small town in the Shimane prefecture. It’s not the sea what we see in the picture, but the lake Shinji (しんじ湖).
We had been walking for hours in this small town and we saw that small island laying on the lake’s water. We stayed there for like two hours, waiting for the sun to set behind the clouds. A lot of fotographers were waiting while setting their tripods and cameras.
Some hours before, I took a picture of the same island, in which you will be able to see a shrine gate.
